Use Case

Implement a functionality that will allow the user to look over the types of medical conditions that should be included in case they are not sure if something counts.

Problem

Not all users know whether certain allergies should be added or might not think of them on top of their head, and might blindly trust the records

Solution

Give the user the ability to look over potential allergies

Alternatives considered

Make the entire user interface a check the box system with autofilled medical history already checked
