Use Case

  • Give the user the ability to add/delete or edit fields that the health records might not have correct

Problem

  • The health records might not be up to date

Solution

  • Give the user the ability to edit and confirm the outputs of the health record

Alternatives considered

  • Do not update to reflect changes in health record
