installation:minnow requires g++ 5.2 or greater

I am trying to install minnow and using it to make some stimulation sc data. But I got this error message :

then I check the gcc version:
g++ (GCC) 9.3.0
Copyright (C) 2019 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

And I would like how yo solve this error?
