Computational requirements

Hi, in a few days we want to do some similar experiments, with a sample size of 11.000 samples (also from covid,) with 11 location for ancestral state reconstruction. We want to submit to be connected to a supercomputer, and we are looking at what requirements we need, in terms of memory, cpus, walltime and cpu time. I would like to ask if anyone has an approximate of these settings within the operating system and how long it would take to run the test?.
