Adding Front-end code for reacting with emojis - Part 1 #56

In this issue, we will add a feature for reacting/replying to topic discussions with emojis. Students will be able to choose from a small range of emojis to react to the message (similar to whatsapp or discord). In this issue, we will focus on showing the emoji options, showing the button to add an emoji, and be able to choose an emoji.

Estimated effort:
The task will require about ~3 days to complete. Bugs and other issues might take another day to fix. Around 3.5 days in total.

Milestones to indicate which sprint the issue should be completed in:
Sprint 2.

Acceptance criteria:
This feature will be tested by manual testing, checking the website for working emoji reaction. (observed)
