got this error when tried to compile GCN 1.5 binary kernel for gfx1010 arch

The AMD3 format ('.amd3') has been designed to new GCN 1.5 architecture. The AMDCL2 format is for GCN1.1 - 1.4.1. AMD3 is kind of the new ROCm format from LLVM10 compiler. The assembler's documentation describes extra directives and metadatas.
