Conversion fails on Graph' object has no attribute 'load' #156

When converting using cow_tool (version 2.0.0, on Windows) it raises the issue 'Graph' object has no attribute 'load'. Building the schema does work. Same error for several CSV files.

Using cow_tool_cli does not seem to do anything at all both for build and convert, also for all tested CSV files.
