Could you possibly advise me on how you guys created your majorCovidDB? We're noticing some issues with how well kraken2/bracken deconvolute our samples with the current db and hope to create our own db with a larger reference set. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

I see that some details exist in compileANDindex.sh, but how to create the files in majorCovidDB/taxonomy so kraken2-build can run is unclear to me.
