Unfriendly titles on images, supplemental texts, & multimedia

Need to update TEI / XSL and/or augment page titles based on URL.

Recommend noting that audio/video excerpt pages are audio/video in the page titles:

Probably don't want that in the TEI, but adding some other way would be helpful in search results
