though I am wondering if we should shorten "O Say Can You See: Early Washington, D.C., Law & Family" to "O Say Can You See" for the secondary pages. Thoughts?
I think every single page on the site has the same title right now. We may want to check in with @kacinash what the titles should be.
As an example, this page:

Should be something like:
