Check sort for all item types

Low priority because this would possibly work very different in Omeka S if we can get the In the News site populated on there, but the date sorts for people on AP don't make a lot of sense and don't do much. For instance sort by date- what date? Birth date? if so it should state that, though I suspect no date is being populated. Other categories might have similar sorting mishaps
