It would be useful to allows inspection to be added "retroactivelly" from the paper form already completed

Celui qui a fait l'inspection est "Admin Cauca" dans cet exemple.. Est-ce que je ne comprends pas quelque chose?

Pour le nom de l'inspecteur, c'est parce que parfois il font un usager généric (exemple équipe1) qui est utilisé pas plusieurs. Finalement, on a convenu qu'il peuvent simplement l'écrire dans le questionnaire - c'est facile. Donc, oublie ce commentaire dans la capture d'écran (c'Est juste que j'étais pas capable de l'enlevé facilement).

They shouldn't use generic user if they need to know who did an inspection.

We still need to decide if we'll allow the user to change the inspection's start date. I'm not convinced it's a good idea.
