Ability to create anomalies automatically by answering the Questionnaire.

This is to make the job for the inspector quicker and easier. This feature would bring a significant efficiency gain.

Describe the solution you'd like
The questionnaire should be made to help to validate if there are anomalies in the building such that the smoke detector is non-functional. For example, if the answer has a question such that the smoke detector is non-functional, it would create an anomaly automatically instead of having to go to the menu Anomalies and created the according anomalie. This option should remain configurable in the report configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It would be possible to develop a very basic first functionality for V1 (without visual) and then see to elaborate more in V2 (if need be) after we have had feedback and we will have a better idea of ​​the real need.

Proposition for V1 (without visuel)

1. Questionnaire configuration:
1.1 Add a new type of question: "Réponse a développement + création automatique d'une anomalie", which will have the exact same UI in app mobile than "Réponse a développement".
1.2 When we select this new type of question, user must then select the "Theme" from the list of Theme (previously entered in the App Mobile)

2. App Mobile
2 When inspector complete the Questionnaire, the anomalie will be automatically created as following ...
2.1 With the Theme selected in Questionnaire configuration (see 1.2)
2.2 By copying the text entered by the inspector in the field provided for that question (Réponse a développement)
2.3 Without visual feedback
2.4 Anomalie will be created for the MainBuilding only (no link from Building to Questionnaire yet)
2.5 To add image, user must complete the Questionnaire (the anomalie will be created only once the Questionnaire is completed) and then go to Anomalie menu to select that newly created anomalie.

Je ne suis pas certain que ce sera dans la première version de production. On commence à manquer de temps et il y a quand même une bonne journée là dedans.

D’accord! Un moment donné on peut pas tout faire dans la V1 sinon on aura jamais fini. De plus ça nous permettra de valider le concept en projet pilote avec la V1.
