Boxplots:

larger labels
make labels black
generate (separate) PDFs for each plot
play with transparency for boxes
play with transparency for dots (goal: visualize density somehow)
do not plot outliers in boxplots (currently grey dots)
titles on all plots:

Boxplot containing all genomes

Recovered genome fraction (%) for each reference genomes (all genomes)

Boxplot containing only unique genomes

Recovered genome fraction (%) for each reference genomes (ANI <= 95%)

Boxplot containing only strains

Recovered genome fraction (%) for each reference genomes (ANI > 95%)
