[1.21] crafting recipes do not check for nbt data of ingredients

Crafting recipes that use drawers as an ingredient (compacting drawer, framed drawers, linking tool, upgrades, etc) do not check if the drawer(s) used as an ingredient have items in them, thus able to delete entire drawers of items if the user is unaware.
