Есть две проблемы в форме:

Если включить браузерную валидацию в simple_form, то формат будет молча не сабмититься без каких либо сообщений;
Когда мы заходим на странице добавления новой записи - на ней уже стоят ошибки валидация, хотя должны появиться только после первого сабмита.
