Right now applications have to use a preamble like:

open Basis.Rudiments
open Basis

Reduce this to just:

open Basis

Somehow we need to make Basis look like a module which has a body something like:

open Basis.__private__.BasisImpl.Rudiments
open Basis.__private__.BasisImpl
