API should return info about Bookworm (grams, etc.) #88

The API should have a table in the database it can access that stores a number of key-value store items that the front-end might need.

Currently, it just does "return_possible_fields".

Some of those might be:

The maximum length of n-grams indexed by the database
The name of the bookworm
The name for an individual text in the bookworm (a book? a text? a paragraph? etc).
Any descriptive information about the bookworm as a whole, maybe in short (slug-length) and long (paragraph-length) forms.

What else?

Default queries for each geometry (most importantly, linechart)
Whether there's an associated topic model (Could be gleaned from return_possible_fields, so not necessary?)
Whether there's an associated set of geographic metadata (Could be gleaned from return_possible_fields, so not necessary?)
