Missing "reloads" metrics #26

Hi!
It looks like counter metrics regarding reloads (both for pipelines and logstash) are missing, sth in this form:

logstash_pipeline_reloads_failures 0
logstash_pipeline_reloads_successes 0
logstash_reloads_failures 0
logstash_reloads_successes 0
