Let's check if we can increase for all after most switched to Taproot Swaps

I discussed this with @michael1011 and we came to the conclusion that the wisest path is to reduce the claim timeout as our last hop CLTV is already pretty high and would make many fail to pay our invoices. We will come up with some concrete new values and approach integrations to see if there is a problem.
