Provide a short documentation about "how it works"

Their is different approach for content translation. You can do that at the field level, content level, etc..

Would be nice to have a short explanation about the approach took by this plugin. How the translation are stored and such. This is mainly useful for peoples that do not know bolt I guess (like me!) but come from other CMS.
