Touch is not working for me

I've already went through all of the diagnostics and found out that my touch screen is not receiving any input and I don't know why. I've used a seperate library before and It worked perfectly fine but since I'm now using this library everything when it comes to touch doesn't seem to work. I'm using an Arduino Uno rev4 with Wifi and I know it's a new board and all but I would still expect it to work as before.

Here is my pin setup in the User Setup:

this was the same pin setup that I used in the previous library and it worked fine. Im now wondering why this does not work at all.
