Password with special characters not properly URL encoded

I can't connect to CH databases with passwords containing some special characters like e.g. "+", ",", "<", etc. because they are not properly url encoded by the blynkkk driver and thus not accepted.
Please url encode passwords properly. The only solution I have for now is to fallback to the yandex jdbc driver.
