Describe the bug
When Blazegraph is down or is rejecting indexing because the amount of data pushed by indexing is too large, indexing goes on skipping the resources and without marking them as an error

Expected behavior
When Blazegraph is unavailable, Delta should wait for Blazegraph to continue the indexing
