Bug Description

Mobile data icon signal strength appears on left side next to clock when in quick settings.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1. From home screen launcher, pull down twice to quick settings

Expected Behavior

Signal will be on left

Current Behavior

Signal is on left

Possible Solution

Disable SIM in connectivity settings then re-enable SIM.
