Bug Description

After connecting to the wifi network in the setup, in the next step in "preparing the device", it takes some time and then the message "slow connection" appears. When continuing in "offline configuration, the UI does not start correctly and crashes. Installing other nikgapps does not result in any effects and also causes crashes.

Steps to reproduce

Connect to wifi > "slow connection" message" > following on off-line configuration mode > fingerprint and faceunlock config ok > when the UI starts, there are none of the nikgapps installed via flash > ther's no Google Play

Expected Behavior

It should allow online configuration and backup recovery and when finished, find all the nikgapps apps installed.

Current Behavior
