[BUG] "Hide gesture bar" not really 'hide' the bar

Describe the bug

The "Hide gesture bar" feature seems just make that bar invisible, in some apps (such as build-in browser), a black bar is still displayed below, and elements located at the bottom of the screen (such as the Start chat button in the bottom right corner of the SMS app) still remain a distance from the bottom of the screen

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable "Hide gesture bar" feature

Expected Behavior

I think its better to directly make that bar non-existent, rather than making it transparent or invisible

Current Behavior

The "Hide gesture bar" feature only make that bar invisible.

Possible Solution

Installing "Fullscreen/Immersive Gesture" Magisk module might solve this problem, but I wish to make it build-in in system.

This is a bug that is known and will be investigated as seen this bug can both be either our fault or Google's but as of now we cant say anything
