Hello,

In order to help you with this problem I will need more information about this issue.
Currently we have not experienced this behaviour with any of our mainframe applications (testing ones). That means you will have to provide us with traffic between server and a terminal emulator (it can not be the RTE terminal emulator). You will be able to do that by capturing with wireshark the TCP packets generated when using the terminal emulator over your test steps (try to reproduce the steps which are causing this issue).
If you consider that the flow contains sensitive data you can obfuscate/modify (e.g replacing the server ip with 0.0.0.0 and any sensitive screen or input bytes with E7, you can get an idea what each byte is by checking each packet in wireshark interface).

It would also be helpful if you could tell us about protocol and terminal type you are using to run that test.

If you need any help capturing the packets with wireshark let us know !

Thank you.
