Apologies if this been asked before, I tried searching for it on the board but did not find it.
For every button on the button you can configure one device entity. This entity will toggle if the button is pressed and the entity state will be reflected in the button color, this works as designed.
I am using the button to trigger an automation that will switch on/off multiple devices. If the automation is configured as the button entity, it will trigger the automation as expected, however the color of the button will off course not be updated and cannot reflect the state..
My asks:
Would it be possible to add a separate config item for each button that allows for configuring an entity that is used to reflect the status? (Entity1: Entity which should toggle / Entity2: Entity which state is shown)
Is it possible to support lambda/templates to enable something like "if light1 + light2 + light 3 is on than state is on else state is off"?
