Create an 'Appendix' section in the Guide

With the Glossary section starting to go beyond a simple glossary and with pages like the technology standards page that don't fit in any current section, I think it makes sense that we have a section at the bottom on the guide called 'Appendix.'

We can use this Appendix for a as a bit of a kitchen sink for content that doesn't fit so nicely in with other sections of the guide. I'm sure we will have much more to add as the guide evolves.

Here would be a basic V1 structure

Appendix

• Glossary
• Technology Standards
• Address
• Wallet
• Node
• Contributors (a list of people who have contributed to the guide).
