Working signal (LED blinking?) for devices without screen (e.g. WROOM)

Hello miners.

I would like to suggest adding some kind of signal to the boards that do not have a screen.
Yes, I know that it is possible to see it on the pool platform, but I was thinking of something local, a simple visual signal, such as making the onboard LED blink to confirm that the device is connected and mining.
The LED could toggle every X calculations, for example.

I believe that it is something simple to implement and that it only improves the project.

Dear all, I bring you an update.
Up until now I have only had contact with the ESP32-WROOM-32 suggested on the project's Github list, I had never bought another one, however, today I received a board that I bought from another place and it has a working status LED, so I think would have to check if the board suggested on Github does not have the LED, if it is connected to another pin on the processor or if there is some other issue.
