Look at the differentiation of HSCs into various immune lingeages in the paul 2015 dataset.

Psuedotime and autoplier analysis on the data
Pick a pathway that should be turning on with a particular differentiation, plot the pathway activation to show AP can see this
Unsupervised AP looking for monotonically increasing pathways across pseudotime and look at the list.
