Steps to reproduce:

go to the k8s reference docs
click on "Deployment v1beta1 apps"
click on "DeploymentSpec"
click on "RollbackConfig"

Expected: The ToC scrolls to the item that is clicked
Actual: The ToC doesn't scroll to the item that is clicked
