Hi Christie ! We are going to build a micro-fluidic sensor that will be using fluorescence for measuring protein synthesis in biological liquids. We badly need someone with your expertise. Would you be interested to join our team? Maxim [email protected] |
Hi Maxim. Your project certainly sounds very interesting. We are also looking for a microfluidics application to test a flow system we're working on, so this might suit both of us. My free time might be limited, but we should have a chat. If you have any associated papers I can read through in the meantime that would be great. [email protected] |
Hi Christi !
Sound good. Thank you for the quick response. I have attached a paper, which we could be used as an example. The authors were using a bacterial protein synthesis system. In the beginning, we also could use the same (and even copy it) to work out the chip design. But at a later stage we would like to switch to a mammalian system and then to the whole blood samples - we are in the Department of Haematology so could have access to clinical samples in the case we start to work on a commercial device.
Cheers,
Maxim

Hi Maxim. I don't see any attachments. Perhaps you could email the paper to me directly? |
what's your email address? |
My email is in my first reply. But I got the PDF in your previous reply. Cheers. |
