https deployment not picking up profiles #16

When visiting the site using https rather than http, the profiles are not picked up from the profiles directory.

Error message that appears in the console when loading over https

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.macs.hw.ac.uk/SWeL/BioschemasGenerator/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.1/jquery.min.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Need to update scripts to use https form of URLs

Fix link to markup generator http-only

The https version of the markup generator appears to work but it is broken (reported here: BioSchemas/BioschemasMarkupGenerator#16). Use the http version for now.
