[Feature Request]: Include installation updates in GBIF publishing pipeline

When collections were migrated from SCAN to Ecdysis, the new DwC-A endpoints were updated, but the installation was not. GBIF can correct this manually/on request, but would it be possible to also have the installation updated from the associated Symbiota portal?

When and how would this feature be used? What are some use cases?

This would be useful whenever a live-managed collection is migrated between Symbiota portals, especially when they are moved from non-ASU to ASU-hosted portals.
