When searching for attributes of a submission like 'organism' or 'imaging method' the values may be nested within various depths of subsections because of the flexibility of pagetab.

The current code in scripts.ingest_from_biostudies.get_attr_from_submission simply looks in the top level subsections of a study. This needs to be changed to do a recursive search similar to bia_integrator_tools.biostudies.find_file_lists_in_section
