shapeit4 4.2.0 hangs

Hello,

The latest release of quay.io/biocontainers/shapeit4:4.2.0--h0c37f25_0 is consistently hanging for me.

I tested shapeit4 4.2.0 with conda on the same data and it runs fine with no problems.

I tested quay.io/biocontainers/shapeit4:4.1.3--h0c37f25_1 on the same data and it runs fine with no problems.
