We need to implement the two-step verification endpoint, as described in the official WhatsApp Business API at this link

Endpoint Authentication
/PHONE_NUMBER_ID Business Solution Providers (BSPs) must authenticate themselves with an access token with the whatsapp_business_management permission.

The endpoint should be added in WhatsappBusinessCloudApiService.java class
