Cluster Widget: add more tool to realize a selection cluster

hello,
Do you know it's possible to add tool?
For exemple when you select a part of cluster with rectangle tool, if it's possible to have a box with yx coordinate of the rectangle and to adjust the selection directly with this box by arrow or by typing a new value...
Maybe rectangle is not the best, but simple x and y axe are enough.
