RTCP not reporting loss #12

Hello,

I think this is the right repo to ask this, if I'm mistaken please redirect me to the correct place :) thanks

I noticed that RTCP packets coming from Linphone do not contain a valid lost packet count. In the gif below, you can see:

some initial RTCPs reporting 0 lost packets, which is fine
I enable 40% outgoing packet loss. I can definitely hear the packet loss, the audio becomes pretty choppy.
New RTCPs are received by the server, but they still report 0 loss while they should report some number of lost packets.

Don't hesitate to ask for more info or tests I can do. 🙂
