Describe the bug

When changing the gathering mode of waist bags (plant bag, serving tray, science bag, etc), it toggles twice, so you can only ever go between 1 and 3, skipping option 2

What did you expect?

I expected to press the button and toggle it once.

Reproducible steps

  1. Acquire waist bag
  2. Use the UI button on the top left to change gathering mode
  3. See it happen twice.
