[ENHANCEMENT] Optionally passing an alternative template path

Context
I would find it handy to run bastille templates off a different path to ${bastille_prefix}/templates, which could be stored in different locations, including removable media.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an extra option to the template command like
Usage: bastille username/base TARGET|--altpath=/media/bastille/templates

The same could be used as well in Rocinante.

This is already possible. Change to your template directory, and run the template command.

Assuming your templates are at "/usr/local/myproject/mytemplate" you would 'cd /usr/local' then 'bastille template myproject/mytemplate' from there.
