@rfl-urbaniak @dimkab -- final PR, ready for review! Following changes were made:

  1. Added function to calculate an exponential version of the next step score which I am using in the fish analysis as it gives better model performance
  2. Added a new test notebook for nextStep_score generating functions that tests both linear and exponential forms specifically
  3. Small change to plot_predictor to allow predictor name to be shown at the top of the plot
