COULD NOT PREPARE ISOLATE ERROR

🐛 Bug Report

when starting the project it gives the error "Could not prepare isolate, Could not launch engine with configuration"
even if this package is only added to pubsbec without implementation in the app

Reproduction steps

Cleared the cache, made "flutter clean, flutter get, flutter packages get", reinstalled flutter sdk.

Configuration
dart : 3.5.0
flutter: 3.24.0 stable channel

pubspec.txt

in "setUpLocator" singletons are registered.
