dk2 schematic: https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi/blob/main/Friend/hardware/triangle%20v2%20w%20memory/omi-dk2-schematics.pdf

3 questions:

  1. how much battery consumption ?
  • on the normal mode (ble connected + ble advertising)
  • on the deep sleep mode
  1. what is the top3 functions that consume the most battery ? how much
  2. what is the top3 module(e.g. ble, mic, button, ...) consume the most battery ? how much

Question 1:

  • BLE disconnected state: ~35mA
  • BLE connected state: ~6.5mA
  • Low power state: ~1.15mA

Hi @beastoin The different between BLE connected and BLE disconnected states is :

  • When BLE connection is disconnected, we start to writing data to the SD card.
So SD card is the most power-consuming module.

  1. focus on the ble connected state (as the main usecase). what function / module consume the most battery? e.g button / button state watch function
