Is your feature request related to a problem?

I have a few rules in actions for switching with display and devices, I found LLT is very handy.
Due to the nature of switching displays, sometimes main screen is connected to other device, so I have found it is very annoying not seeing the notification on secondary screen.

How would you like the problem to be solved?

Can we have the notification action to be shown on all screens (displays) rather than just main screen

What alternatives have you considered?

If no progress on this feature had been done yet, I'll try to implement it when I have time in couple of days. (sth I would also like to have btw)

Just noticed: This feature has sth that may have conflict with #980 which I'm also working on. I'll do this first.
