We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.
Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment for our community include:
- Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward others
- Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
- Taking responsibility for our mistakes and learning from them
- Focusing on what is best for the overall community
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
- The use of sexualized language or imagery, and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
- Public or private harassment
- Publishing others' private information without explicit permission
- Other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
Community leaders are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior and will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
This Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces, including official forums, social media channels, and events. It also applies when individuals are representing HomeDock OS in public spaces.

All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. We are committed to respecting the privacy and security of anyone reporting a violation.
Community leaders will follow these guidelines when determining the consequences of violations:

Correction
Community Impact: Minor, unintentional violations.
Consequence: A private warning with clarity on the violation and expectations for future behavior. -
Warning
Community Impact: A single or repeated violation.
Consequence: A warning with restrictions on interactions for a defined period. Further violations may lead to a temporary or permanent ban. -
Temporary Ban
Community Impact: Serious or repeated violations.
Consequence: A temporary ban from community spaces and interactions. -
Permanent Ban
Community Impact: Sustained inappropriate behavior or severe violations.
Consequence: Permanent exclusion from the community.
