Very rare; randomly appear on the map and are not produced by any vents.

When placed, undergoes Alpha Decay which releases a Helium + another element. The other element remains in place and releases Radioactivity which damages all players within it over time (set amount per second).

  • Uranium (U) - decays to Thorium
  • Plutonium (Pu) - decays to Uranium
  • Radon (Rn) - decays to Polonium

Possibly in the future: do some Beta Decay (electron is released + a LOT of radioactivity).

Put in low priority because:

  • we don't have the sprites for it and @KindredKinesis has better things to do.
  • it's not a required/vital type to create for beta.
