Description
===
Stegpy is a simple Steganalysis script written in python
===
Requirements
===
- The Python Imaging Library (PIL)
- TK toolkit
===
Usage
===
usage: stegpy.py [-h] [-ts SIZE] [-sf FACTOR] [-v] [-x]
[-p {rlud,lrdu,lrud,udlr,dulr,udrl,durl,rldu,*}]
[-o {rgb,rga,rbg,rba,rag,rab,grb,gra,gbr,gba,gar,gab,brg,bra,bgr,bga,bar,bag,arg,arb,agr,agb,abr,abg,rgba,rgab,rbga,rbag,ragb,rabg,grba,grab,gbra,gbar,garb,gabr,brga,brag,bgra,bgar,barg,bagr,argb,arbg,agrb,agbr,abrg,abgr,*}]
[-rm REDMASK] [-gm GREENMASK] [-bm BLUEMASK] [-am ALPHAMASK]
[-sb SKIPBITS] [-w DESTFILE] [-C] [-I]
FILE
Analyzes an image to find steganography data.
positional arguments:
FILE file to analyze
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-ts SIZE, --thumbnail-size SIZE
Use a thumbnail of maximum SIZE pixels to view
generated images
-sf FACTOR, --scale-factor FACTOR
Scale the image to FACTOR. can be positive or a
fraction
-v, --visual Starts visual mode
Data extraction:
Data extraction options. This is useful for extracting LSB data for
instance. You will need to set the channel masks to actually get data.
When specifying a filename with the -w switch, data will be written in a
file, otherwise on stdout
-x, --extract Extracts data from the image
-p {rlud,lrdu,lrud,udlr,dulr,udrl,durl,rldu,*}, --path {rlud,lrdu,lrud,udlr,dulr,udrl,durl,rldu,*}
The path to follow when extracting data : (Up - Down -
Left - Right)
-o {rgb,rga,rbg,rba,rag,rab,grb,gra,gbr,gba,gar,gab,brg,bra,bgr,bga,bar,bag,arg,arb,agr,agb,abr,abg,rgba,rgab,rbga,rbag,ragb,rabg,grba,grab,gbra,gbar,garb,gabr,brga,brag,bgra,bgar,barg,bagr,argb,arbg,agrb,agbr,abrg,abgr,*}, --order {rgb,rga,rbg,rba,rag,rab,grb,gra,gbr,gba,gar,gab,brg,bra,bgr,bga,bar,bag,arg,arb,agr,agb,abr,abg,rgba,rgab,rbga,rbag,ragb,rabg,grba,grab,gbra,gbar,garb,gabr,brga,brag,bgra,bgar,barg,bagr,argb,arbg,agrb,agbr,abrg,abgr,*}
The order the LSBs must be extracted
-rm REDMASK, --red-mask REDMASK
The red channel mask
-gm GREENMASK, --green-mask GREENMASK
The green channel mask
-bm BLUEMASK, --blue-mask BLUEMASK
The blue channel mask
-am ALPHAMASK, --alpha-mask ALPHAMASK
The alpha channel mask
-sb SKIPBITS, --skip-bits SKIPBITS
Nuber of bits to skip
-w DESTFILE, --write DESTFILE
use DESTFILE to write data
Image information:
Prints various information about the image
-C, --colors Shows the colors used in the image
-I, --info Shows the colors used in the image
